Dr. Rolandria Justice-Emenuga, founder of Justice Consulting Group, announces a free Limited Engagement Webinar: “How to Stop Being Superwoman.”
The announcement comes as Dr. Justice-Emenuga, or “Dr.J.” to those who know her, launches her Leadership Development Coaching and Consulting practice nationwide.
Justice Consulting is a firm specializing in delivering transformative and strength-based executive coaching to those seeking to bolster their leadership skills. Their mission is to build Capacity,Confidence and Critical Thinking skills through planning and facilitation of personalized, high-quality professional development, strong relationships, and accountability partnership.
This free webinar empowers women to grow as leaders professionally and personally by enhancing their Capacity, Confidence, and Critical Thinking skills. It’s an ideal opportunity for women who desire to expand their influence at home, in the workplace, and in the classroom.

After graduating from Duke University, Dr. Rolandria Justice-Emenuga began her career as a middle school teacher in Newark, NJ.While she loved being in the classroom, she realized just how vital effective school leadership is to the success of the school and earned her Master’s in Educational Leadership from Seton Hall University to become an administrator.Her passion for educational leadership, combined with her entrepreneurial spirit, inspired a relocation to Massachusetts, where Dr. Justice-Emenuga became the founding principal of a charter school in New Bedford. Scholars in that school successfully outperformed the surrounding district schools, while enjoying an inclusive environment centered on the qualities of service,integrity, and accountability.
After marrying and growing her family, Dr.Justice-Emenuga’s life shifted focus, but her desire to support leadership excellence remained strong. In her ongoing Leadership Development work, Dr.Justice-Emenuga partners with organizations, districts, and schools to create and facilitate high-quality leadership programs for school and classroom leaders. She recently completed her doctorate in educational leadership with the hopes of centering more Black, female voices in important school and educational conversations.
